- Does Likeness Reserve detect deepfakes?
- Not directly. Likeness Reserve gives you the canonical, verified statement that AI search engines, journalists, and platforms can cite. Voice-print active matching is on a separate waitlist. We can hold reference material you upload (photo, voice clip) under your control for future detection partnerships, but no biometric matching runs by default.
- What stops someone reserving my name fraudulently?
- Every handle requires KYC verification of the human or registered representative behind it. For brand handles we require evidence of trademark ownership or authorised representation. Disputes follow our published process and we can revoke handles where bad-faith registration is proven.
- What happens if my likeness is misused before I reserve it?
- Reserving a handle does not retroactively remove existing impersonation. It does establish the canonical 'authorised list' that future complaints and platform takedowns can reference. The earlier you reserve, the cleaner the record.
